What we collect

What we use it for, and why we are allowed to

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect straight away; we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we never email you again by mistake.

What we do not do

Where it lives, and for how long

Your data is stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe. We keep it while we are forming and running the founding cohort, and for up to 12 months after you last engage with us, then delete it. If you unsubscribe and we have no other relationship with you, we delete it sooner.

Cookies and pixels

Nothing that stores anything on your device runs on this site until you say yes to it. When you first arrive you get a banner with two buttons of equal weight, and refusing is one click, exactly like accepting.

If you choose essential only, we ask Google to store nothing, we do not load the Meta pixel at all, and we delete any of those cookies already on your device. Every part of this site keeps working: none of it is needed to join the waitlist.

You can change your mind whenever you like, in both directions, using the Cookie choices link at the bottom of the home page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it (including for marketing, always), restrict it, get a copy of it, or withdraw any consent you gave, at any time. Reply to any of our emails, or write to hello@property-filter.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, email us with the subject "Data protection complaint" and we will look into it and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the ICO at any time: ico.org.uk / 0303 123 1113.
